ack444 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age and Residency

To register and use ack444, you must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. ack444 serves players located across Bangladesh including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

1.2 Account Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to keep your registration information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund.

1.3 One Account Per Player

Each person, household, device, and IP address may hold only one ack444 account. Where ack444 identifies that a player holds more than one account, the additional accounts will be closed without notice. Any winnings generated through a duplicate account may be voided. Bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited in all circumstances.

1.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ack444 will never ask you for your password via email or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or any other person — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at [email protected].

1.5 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not permitted to register or hold an account with ack444:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have been self-excluded from ack444 or placed on a self-exclusion register during the period of their exclusion.
• Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of ack444 and its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members.
• Persons using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the Platform.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ack444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ack444 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time. Payment method availability may vary and ack444 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

2.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status. ack444 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes or at our discretion. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits via account settings, which take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.

2.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. ack444 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad; processing times for bank transfers may be longer. ack444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of verification checks.

2.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party, and you must not use any payment method that does not belong to you. ack444 operates anti-money laundering checks and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time. Accounts suspected of handling proceeds of illegal activity will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

2.5 Errors and Voids

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account balance, ack444 reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any funds incorrectly credited, including any winnings generated from those funds. You agree not to use any balance that you know or suspect to be the result of a technical error.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits issued by ack444 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions. These conditions are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and are binding on you. Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion. Bets placed using bonus funds on games that are excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward fulfilling the requirement. ack444 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering and at what percentage.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

ack444 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies specifically to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, and colluding with other players to share or rotate bonus funds. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

3.4 Amendments to Promotions

ack444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. If a promotional offer is withdrawn after you have already opted in and commenced play, your existing bonus funds and wagering progress will be honoured unless the withdrawal is due to a technical error or system fault.

4.1 Game Outcomes

4.2 Sports Betting Markets

ack444 offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, and other sports. All betting markets are subject to ack444's trading rules. ack444 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any market at its discretion where a market has been offered in error, where there is evidence of match manipulation, or where circumstances outside ack444's control affect the integrity of the event.

4.3 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

A bet is not confirmed until ack444 has issued a bet confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. ack444 reserves the right to decline any bet prior to confirmation. If a bet is placed on an event that is subsequently voided, the stake will be returned to your account balance. ack444's decisions on void bets and market settlements are final.

4.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event winnings and maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated in the specific game or market rules. ack444 reserves the right to cap winnings on any market at its discretion, particularly where an odds error has occurred. In such cases, the market will be voided or winnings capped at a level consistent with the correct odds, and ack444 will notify affected players.

5.1 Player Controls

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks — receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net balance change.
• Cool-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours up to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account and request exclusion from all ack444 services for a minimum of six months.

5.2 Age Verification Duty

ack444 has a duty to prevent underage gambling. We may request age verification documents (such as a national identity card or passport) at any time. Until age verification is completed, withdrawal requests may be held pending. If age verification documents confirm that a player is under 21, the account will be closed immediately, all bonus funds forfeited, and deposits returned where practicable.

6.1 Ownership

All content on the ack444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the selection and arrangement of all such content — is the property of ack444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ack444 name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of ack444. You are not permitted to use any ack444 trademark without our express prior written consent.

6.2 Limited Licence

ack444 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, modify, or create derivative works of any ack444 content; use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools; or use the Platform for any commercial purpose.

7.1 Service Availability

ack444 aims to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, or modify any aspect of the Platform at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons without notice or liability to you.

7.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ack444 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — regardless of whether ack444 was advised of the possibility of such loss. ack444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction, for all taxes payable on your winnings under applicable law, for the security of your own device and network connection, and for all decisions you make regarding your gambling activity on ack444.

8.1 Amendments to These Terms

ack444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.

8.2 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet released) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to verification checks. ack444 may also close or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.

8.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ack444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
